An unofficial first look picture of Janhvi Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao and Varun Sharma from their upcoming film Roohi Afza, has been shared online. The image shows the three actors seemingly worried about something off screen.
Both Rajkummar and Varun seem to have dyed their hair. While Raj sports light brown hair colour, Varun is more adventurously sporting red hair. The horror comedy marks Janhvi’s third feature release, following her debut film Dhadak, and the Gunjan Saxena biopic, which is due for release just a week before Roohi Afza. The actor was recently seen in director Zoya Akhtar’s short in the Netflix horror anthology, Ghost Stories.
She recently wrapped filming of the Gunjan Saxena biopic, titled Kargil Girl, and has commenced shooting for Karan Johar’s Dostana 2. Janhvi also has a supporting role in the director’s period epic, Takht, which is due to begin production this year.
Roohi Afza is being produced by Dinesh Vijan and Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, and is directed by debutant Hardik Mehta. This will be Rajkummar’s third collaboration with Dinesh Vijan after Stree and Made in China.
The film was earlier called RoohAfza but later changed to Roohi Afza. It is slated to release on March 20, 2020.

बॉलीवुड एक्ट्रेस जाह्नवी कपूर ने बहुत की कम समय में इंडस्ट्री में अपनी एक अलग जगह बनाई है। इन दिनों जाह्नवी कपूर एक्टर राजकुमार राव के साथ अपनी आने वाली फिल्म ‘रूही अफ्जा’ को लेकर चर्चा में हैं। ये एक हॉरर कॉमेडी फिल्म है। इस फिल्म के मेकर्स ने ‘रूही अफ्जा’ फर्स्ट लुक रिलीज कर दिया है। जो सोशल मीडिया पर काफी पंसद किया जा रहा है। इसके साथ ही इस फिल्म का नाम दूसरी बात चेंज हुआ है। पहले इस फिल्म का नाम ‘रूह अफ्जा’ लेकिन अब इसे चेंज कर ‘रूही अफजा’ कर दिया गया है।
इस फिल्म में जाह्नवी कपूर, राजकुमार राव के अलावा एक्टर वरुण शर्मा अहम रोल में हैं। फिल्म को ‘रूही अफ्जा’ दिनेश विजान के प्रॉडक्शन में बन रही है। वहीं इसका डायरेक्शन हार्दिक मेहता कर रहे हैं। फिल्म के फर्स्ट लुक की बात करें तो इसमें तीनों स्टार्स जाह्नवी, रजकुमार रॉय और वरुण शर्मा एक ही फ्रेम में नजर आ रहे हैं। पोस्टर में तीनों के चेहरे पर किसी बात को लेकर डर साफ दिखाई दे रहा है। फर्स्ट लुक में आप देख सकते हैं कि वरुण ने रेड कलर और राजकुमार ने ब्राउन कलर में बाल डाई कर रखे हैं जबकि जाह्नवी सिंपल लुक में दिखाई दे रही हैं।
इस मूवी का नाम एक बार फिर बदल गया है। बता दें कि राजकुमार और जाह्नवी की इस फिल्म का नाम पहले ‘रूह आफ्जा’ था, लेकिन बाद इसे बदलकर ‘रूही आफ्जा’ कर दिया गया। ये फिल्म 20, मार्च 2020 को रिलीज होगी। ‘रूही आफ्जा’ के अलावा जाह्नवी कपूर फिल्म ‘करगिल गर्ल’ और कार्तिक आर्यन के साथ करण जौहर की ‘दोस्ताना 2’ की शूटिंग कर रही हैं। इसके अलावा वह करण जौहर की ही मल्टी-स्टारर फिल्म ‘तख्त’ में भी नजर आएंगी।
