The novel Coronavirus is the biggest global health concern currently as the pandemic continues to spread across the world. The film industry is also affected by it adversely. According to a leading daily, the makers of ’83 movie have also postponed the film’s release. The trailer launch event of the film was supposed to happen on March 11, 2020.
The event was cancelled because of the Coronavirus scare. As the trailer event has been put up on hold, the film’s release date is also likely to get changed. The makers of the film Sooryavanshi have also pushed the release date of the film till further notice.
Ranveer Singh’s ’83 is one of the most anticipated films of 2020. The film is constantly in the news since its inception. Ranveer Singh will be seen playing the character of former Indian cricket team’s captain Kapil Dev. The film follows the story of Kapil Dev and his 1983 Cricket World Cup-winning team. The film will also see Deepika Padukone playing the character of Kapil Dev’s wife Romi Devi. The updated release date of ‘83 is not yet declared but according to the leading daily, the film will not release on the expected release date of April 10, 2020.
Coronavirus originated from Wuhan, China, and since then it is spreading across the world. It is also spreading in India. Because of Coronavirus scare, some states have also imposed shutting down of cinema halls in the city. Angrezi Medium also suffered a major loss because of this at the box office. People all over the country are also scared to step out in public places because of Coronavirus scare.

पूरी दुनिया इस समय कोरोना वायरस के कहर से जूझ रही है। अब यह वायरस भारत में भी फैल रहा है जिसके कारण राज्य सरकारों ने सिनेमाघरों जैसे सार्वजनिक स्थानों को बंद कर दिया है। शुक्रवार को ‘अंग्रेजी मीडियम’ भी रिलीज होनी थी लेकिन कई राज्यों में सिनेमाघरों के बंद रहने के कारण यह नहीं हो सका। सरकार ने भी लोगों से सार्वजनिक जगहों पर इकट्ठे होने से मना किया है। इसलिए बॉलिवुड ने भी अपनी कई फिल्मों की रिलीज को टाल दिया है।
हाल में खबर आई थी कि रोहित शेट्टी ने अक्षय कुमार की मुख्य भूमिका वाली फिल्म ‘सूर्यवंशी’ की रिलीज को अनिश्चितकाल के लिए टाल दिया है। अब खबर आ रही है कि रही है कि रणवीर सिंह की मुख्य भूमिका वाली फिल्म ’83’ के मेकर्स ने भी इसकी रिलीज को आगे बढ़ा दिया है। इससे पहले 11 मार्च को फिल्म का ट्रेलर लॉन्च किया जाना था लेकिन कोरोना वायरस के चलते इसका इवेंट भी कैंसल कर दिया गया था।
अब जबकि फिल्म का ट्रेलर भी रिलीज नहीं हो पाया है, ऐसे में फिल्म की रिलीज डेट भी आगे बढ़ाई जाएगी। हालांकि अभी तक इसकी अगली रिलीज डेट तो नहीं बताई गई है लेकिन इतना तय है कि यह पहले बताई गई तारीख 10 अप्रैल को रिलीज नहीं होगी।
बता दें जबसे यह फिल्म शुरू हुई है तभी से काफी चर्चा में है। कबीर खान के डायरेक्शन में बनी इस फिल्म के कलाकारों के फर्स्ट लुक काफी पसंद किए गए थे। यह फिल्म सार 1983 में भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम के वर्ल्ड कप जीतने के ऊपर बनी हुई है और रणवीर सिंह इसमें पूर्व कप्तान कपिल देव की जबकि दीपिका पादुकोण उनकी पत्नी रोमी दे के किरदार में नजर आएंगी।
