2020 has been a nerve-wracking year, so far, with a lot of unfortunate events. These are some tough times for all of us living through this pandemic. Now, while we’ll definitely get through all this, it has been one of those times when we wonder if there’s actually a parallel universe where none of this exists.
Well, it looks like NASA scientists have detected the evidence of a parallel universe. Yes, this revelation seems like it came straight out of a sci-fi plot, but it’s actually true.
NASA’s scientific discovery says that this parallel universe exists right next to ours and all the rules of physics seem to be operating in reverse there.
The Daily Star, NASA’s Antarctic Impulsive Antenna (ANITA) was used to discover this new finding. The experiment involves a giant balloon “to haul delicate electronic antennas high” into the dry air. The findings suggested that there was a constant “wind” of high-energy particles coming from outer space.
Some of these energy particles were apparently a million times more powerful than anything anyone on the Earth’s surface can generate. The team working on the experiment detected that the high-energy particles that can only be coming “down” from space, were coming “up” out of the Earth.
The findings imply that these particles are actually travelling backwards in time, suggesting that there’s indeed a parallel universe.
Peter Gorham, the Principal ANITA investigator suggested that the only way these particles could have behaved that way if “if it changed into a different type of particle before passing through the Earth and then back again”. This is a rather odd phenomenon and there’s still a lot that we don’t know about it.
The scientists suggest that the Big Bang that happened 13.8 billion years ago led to the formation of two universes i.e ours and the one in which is running in reverse from our perspective.
Honestly, all this is quite baffling to learn, but we’re down for it if 2020 is any different in the parallel universe from what we’re going through right now. Imagine living in a parallel universe where things are exponentially better.
That being said, there are some reports which suggest that our current understanding of physics isn’t enough to comprehend what’s lurking on the other side.
So, as much as we’d love to pack our bags to leave this universe for a better if that’s even a possibility, we’re not sure if that’s happening, at least not anytime soon.
