Luka Chuppi is a 2019 Bollywood rom-com, directed by Laxman Utekar. The movie stars Kartik Aaryan, Kriti Sanon etc., in the lead role.Produced under the banner of Maddock Films, Luka Chuppi will start rolling in August.The film will be helmed by Laxman Utekar who was the director of photography of films including Hindi Medium. He has also directed Marathi films — Tapaal and Lalbaugcha Raja. This will be his Bollywood debut as a director
The movie revolves around a star reporter of a local TV channel. Riding high on the success of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Kartik Aaryan has a gift for his fan on next Valentine’s Day.
Kartik Aaryan plays a local TV reporter in the film while Kriti will be seen playing the role of a strong headed girl from Mathura. Kriti plays a Mathura girl who had gone to Delhi to study and now is back in her hometown.
We had toyed with the title Mathura Live before settling for a game of hide-and-seek. While Kartik is the quintessential good boy every girl wants to take home to mamma, Kriti represents today’s youth who advocate gender equality and have their own.
It tells the story of a television reporter in Mathura who falls in love with a headstrong woman.
Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon are coming together for the very first time for Dinesh Vijan’s next, Luka Chuppi. The two actors, who have been busy with their work schedule, will be soon heading to Gwalior to begin shooting for the film. Now, we have the first glimpse from the film and it looks like a complete entertainer.

अभिनेता कार्तिक आर्यन और अभिनेत्री कृति सैनन अपनी अगली फिल्म ‘लुका छुपी’ में काम करने को लेकर बहुत रोमांचित हैं. फिल्म ‘सोनू के टीटू की स्वीटी’ की सफलता से उत्साहित कार्तिक ने सोमवार को ट्वीट किया, “अगली फिल्म हैशटैगलुकाछुपी. बहुत ज्यादा रोमांचित.”फिल्म के प्रोड्यूसर दिनेश विजेन है। और लक्ष्मण उतेकर इस फिल्म से बतौर निर्देशक अपना डेब्यू करेंगे। उतेकर इससे पहले इरफान खान की फिल्म ‘हिंदी मीडियम’ में डीओपी रह चुके है। उन्होंने तपाल और लालबागचा राजा जैसी मराठी फिल्मों का भी निर्देशन किया है।
फिल्म में कार्तिक मथुरा के रहने वाले एक टीवी र्पिोटर की भूमिका में हैं. फिल्म में कृति सैनन ऐसी लड़की की भूमिका में हैं जो दिल्ली जाकर पढ़ाई करती है और फिर अपने घर लौट आती है. इस फिल्म की कहानी मथुरा, आगरा और ग्वालियर के आसपास घूमती है. मैडॉक फिल्मस के बैनर तले बन रही ‘लुका छुपी’ की शूटिंग अगस्त से शुरू होगी.
साल 2018 में कार्तिक आर्यन की फिल्म ‘सोनु के टीटू की स्वीटी’ थी. जिसे दर्शकों ने खूब पसंद किया. यह फिल्म 2018 के बिग हिट्स में से एक है. जबकि कृति सैनन की पिछली फिल्म ‘बरेली की बर्फी’ थी. जिसमें वह राजकुमार राव और आयुष्मान खुराना के साथ नजर आई थीं।
‘लुका छिपी’ एक छोटे शहर की कहानी है जो मथुरा से आगरा और ग्वालियर के बीच घूमती रहती है। कार्तिक इस फिल्म में लोकल टीवी रिपोर्टर की भूमिका में है औऱ कृति मथुरा की लड़की है जो दिल्ली से पढ़ाई करके वापस लौटी है।
फिल्म में ऐसी लडक़ी की भूमिका में हैं जो दिल्ली जाकर पढ़ाई करती है और पिर अपने गृहनगर लौट आती है। इस फिल्म में कार्तिक कृति सेनन के साथ इश्क लड़ाते हुए नजर आएंगे।
