As love stories are now becoming a thing of past, the audience is demanding real life stories from the Bollywood industry. The directors and producers took the demand of the audience seriously and embarked on the journey to make some lively biopics of famous personalities but the sports biopics got all the spotlight on them. From “Bhaag Milkha Bhaag” to “MS Dhoni, An untold story”, sports biopics have ruled the silver screen and the upcoming movie on badminton star Saina Nehwal have kept the fans gushing.
Recently it was revealed that film producer Anand Kumar is working on football legend Bhaichung Bhutia’s biopic. Meanwhile, another football biopic is round the corner as John Abraham is all set to portray the role of former Mohun Bagan legend Sibdas Bhaduri.
John is himself a great football and sports fanatic. He is the owner of Indian Super League side North East United and no one would be interested in portraying the role of a footballer than himself.
The former football legend captained Mohun Bagan in the historic 1911 IFA Shield Final, where they thumped the East Yorkshire Regiment with a score of 2-1 to become the first Asian team to win the competition.

फिल्म निर्देशक निखिल आडवाणी की हाल ही में रिलीज हुई फिल्म ‘बाटला हाउस’ बॉक्स ऑफिस पर अच्छा खासा कलेक्शन कर रही है. इस फिल्म के जरिए बॉलीवुड एक्टर जॉन अब्राहम को लोगों का ढेर सारा प्यार मिल रहा है. वहीं दूसरी ओर निखिल आडवाणी की कंपनी एमी एंटरटेनमेंट लगातार 8 सालों के अच्छे रिस्पांस को सेलिब्रेट कर रही है. सेलिब्रेशन के साथ निखिल आडवाणी ने आने वाले दिनों में अपनी कई फिल्मों और शोज की घोषणा कर दी है.
एमी एंटरटेनमेंट के सेलिब्रेशन के दौरान निखिल ने बताया कि अलग-अलग सब्जेक्ट्स और कहानियों पर वह फिल्म लेकर आने वाले हैं. आने वाला 1 साल उनके प्रोडक्शन हाउस के लिए बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण है. निखिल ने यह कहा कि वह फुटबॉल पर एक फिल्म बना रहे हैं, लेकिन उनकी इच्छा है कि वह जॉन अब्राहम को लेकर फुटबॉल पर फिल्म बनाएं. इंडियन फुटबॉल स्टार बाइचुंग भूटिया को केंद्र में रखकर वह फिल्म जरूर बनाना चाहेंगे.
