Huma Qureshi will be seen alongside Dave Bautista and Ella Purnell. Huma Qureshi will join the cast of leading American director Zack Saynder’s Army of the Dead, according to reports on Wednesday. Synder’s credits include 300(2006), Watchmen(2009), Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016) and justice League (2017). Synder made his debut with zombie themed Dawn of the Dead in 2004, and his latest movie has been described as a return to roots tale of a group of mercenaries who attempt to carry out a heist in Las Vegas during a zombie outbreak. Qureshi most recently headlined the Netflix series Leila.
Her first role in an international production was in Gurinder Chadha’s Viceroy’s House in 2017. Army Of The Dead will be Zack Synder’s first film after the 2017 film Justice League. The film will feature Dave Bautista, Ella Purenell, Ana De La Reguera and Theo Rossi in pivotal roles. The film is expected to go on floors in July.
Zack Synder is best known for directing films such as 300, Man of Steel, Sucker Punch and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice among others.
On the work front, Huma Qureshi recently represented the liquor brand Grey Goose at the 72nd edition of the Cannes Film Festival, during which she received a lot of praise for her sartorial choices. Huma Qureshi awaits the release of the web series Leila which will premiere on Netflix on June 1.
Huma Qureshi stepped into Bollywood with Anurag Kashyap’s 2012 film Gangs of Wasseypur. She has featured in films such as Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana, Badlapur, Jolly LLB 2 and Kaala among others.

इसमें काम करने के लिए हुमा काफी उत्साहित हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि वह शूटिंग शुरू होने का अब और इंतजार नहीं कर सकती हैं।
इस फिल्म में हुमा एक महत्वपूर्ण किरदार में नजर आएंगी और शायद इस तरह की भूमिका को उन्होंने इससे पहले पर्दे पर नहीं निभाया है।
इस फिल्म में हुमा के साथ एला पुर्नेल, एना डे ला रेगुएरा और थियो रॉसी जैसे कलाकार भी हैं।
‘आर्मी ऑफ द डेड’ के माध्यम से स्नायडर, जॉम्बी शैली में फिर से अपनी वापसी करने जा रहे हैं, इससे पहले ‘डॉन ऑफ द डेड’ से उन्होंने निर्देशन के क्षेत्र में कदम रखा था।
