फिल्म की कहानी में दोनों वकील तर्क करते नजर आ रहे हैं जहां हिरल अपनी क्लाइंट को इंसाफ दिलाने में लगे हुए हैं वहीं तरुण सलुजा अपने क्लाइंट को इस रेप केस से बचाने की हर पूरी कोशिश करते नजर आए हैं इसी बीच वह केस को पूरी तरह पलट देते हैं रेप के लिए बने सेक्शन 375 का महिलाओं के द्वारा गलत इस्तेमाल तक पहुंच जाता है
एक्टर अक्षय खन्ना की बात की जाये तो इस से पहले वे इसी साल रिलीज हुई बायोग्राफिकल ड्रामा फिल्म द एक्सीडेंटल प्राइम मिनिस्टर में नजर आये थे इस फिल्म का डायरेक्शन विजय रत्नाकर गुट्टे ने किया था और इस फिल्म ने रिलीज होने पर 50 करोड़ से उप्पर का बॉक्स ऑफिस कलेक्शन किया था ज्यादा कलेक्शन न कर पाने के कारण ये फिल्म फ्लॉप हुई
